TheGuarantors is seeking a Commercial Strategy Associate to help shape and scale our commercial organization from strategy through execution. You will work with senior leaders and Account Executives to identify opportunities, design actionable improvements, and drive measurable results in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will collaborate across Sales, Product, Risk, Pricing, Data, Marketing, and Operations to ensure initiatives are implemented effectively and deliver meaningful impact on

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or business operations.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth and improve commercial effectiveness.
• Develop strategies to strengthen how we sell and engage customers.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Pricing, Data, Marketing, and Operations to remove growth barriers.
• Analyze activity and performance to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Develop executive presentations and strategic communications to support initiatives.
