Job summary

TheGuarantors is seeking a Commercial Strategy Associate focused on AE strategy in New York City. You will drive how the commercial team operates, identifying opportunities and turning ideas into measurable results.

You’ll work with senior leadership, including the CEO, COO, and CSO, to shape initiatives from strategy through execution. This hybrid NYC role emphasizes ownership and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or similar
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ownership mindset with track record of driving ideas to execution

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to accelerate revenue growth and improve effectiveness of the commercial organization
• Develop strategies to strengthen how we sell and engage customers
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to identify challenges and implement improvements
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Pricing, Data, Marketing, and Operations to remove barriers to growth
• Analyze activity and performance to identify trends and inform decisions
• Develop business cases and strategic communications to support initiatives
• Measure impact of new initiatives and refine strategy based on results
