Job summary

Advanced Renewable Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled professional to drive commercial solar projects from take-offs to on-site execution. You will lead the coordination of ARS personnel on active installations and ensure projects meet safety and performance standards.

You will stay current with electrical codes, apply QA/QC protocols, review site drawings, troubleshoot PV system issues, and foster relationships with industry partners to grow ARS Commercial Solar work.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial solar project take-offs and estimates
• Coordinate, instruct, and manage on-site ARS personnel on active commercial projects
• Remain current with electrical code requirements and best practice relating to solar PV installations.
• Implement appropriate business changes through communication, training, and company procedures when necessary to ensure all ARS installations meet the highest standards
• Facilitate and work with solar industry existing relationships to drive ARS Commercial Solar work.
• Oversee and manage a comprehensive QA/QC protocol to ensure consistency in commercial solar project planning.
• Review site drawings to ensure proper operation and management of electrical equipment.
• Troubleshooting & oversight of PV system performance issues through others.
