Job Responsibilities
  1. Service work orders at various customer locations.
  2. Perform minor equipment and building repairs as requested.
  3. Respond to Priority 1 emergency safety concerns, including health department or city official shutdowns and issues impacting sales.
  4. Provide daily updates on store visits, on-site times, and schedule changes.
  5. Document daily work activities, photograph job site conditions, and respond to management inquiries.
  6. Assist with updating store-level facility records and submit all required paperwork.
  7. Maintain personal tool inventory and company vehicle and parts inventory.
  8. Inspect and troubleshoot systems to identify repairs.
  9. Travel to different worksites to complete tasks and projects.
  10. Work safely, adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies, and support safety initiatives.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements
  1. Must have a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Experience in general trades or as a Handyman, with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and drywall skills.
  4. Possess the necessary vehicle and tools to perform job functions.
  5. Ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base.
  6. Demonstrate attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  7. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  8. Provide a positive customer experience.
  9. Follow all company and customer policies and procedures.
  10. Show passion, energy, persistence, positivity, and enthusiasm.
  11. Proficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
  12. Possess or obtain a valid state driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, and have reliable transportation.
