Job Responsibilities
- Service work orders at various customer locations.
- Perform requested minor equipment and building repairs.
- Respond to Priority 1 emergency safety concerns impacting employees, customers, or operations.
- Provide daily updates on store visits, on-site times, and schedule changes.
- Document daily work activities, photograph job site conditions, and respond to management inquiries.
- Assist with updating store-level facility records and submit all required paperwork.
- Maintain personal tool inventory.
- Manage company vehicle and parts inventory.
- Inspect and troubleshoot systems to identify repairs.
- Travel to different worksites to complete tasks and projects.
- Work safely, adhering to all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, supporting safety initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General trade or Handyman experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and drywall
- Own vehicle and tools required for the job
- Ability to interact with a diverse customer base
- Attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Provide a positive customer experience
- Follow all company and customer policies and procedures
- Passion, energy, persistence, and enthusiasm
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess or obtain a valid state driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, and have reliable transportation
