Job Responsibilities
  1. Service work orders at various customer locations.
  2. Perform minor equipment and building repairs as requested.
  3. Respond to Priority 1 emergency safety concerns impacting employees, customers, or operations.
  4. Update daily work logs, including store visits, on-site times, and schedule changes.
  5. Document daily activities, photograph job site conditions, and respond to management inquiries.
  6. Assist in updating store-level facility records and submit all required paperwork.
  7. Maintain personal tool inventory.
  8. Manage company vehicle and parts inventory.
  9. Inspect and troubleshoot systems to identify repairs.
  10. Travel to different worksites to complete tasks and projects.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and support safety initiatives.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
  • Flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in general trades or handyman work, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and drywall
  • Own vehicle and tools required for the job
  • Ability to interact effectively with a diverse customer base
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Possess or obtain a valid state driver’s license, with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
