The retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) is a hybrid role designed as a pipeline for career growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care. This role involves serving customers by assessing needs, recommending products/services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely work. Successful individuals will learn all aspects of store operations and balance customer service with basic vehicle service tasks.
Pay Range: $18.60 - $27.84
