Job Responsibilities

1. Service work orders at various customer locations.
2. Perform minor equipment and building repairs.
3. Respond to Priority 1 emergency safety concerns, including health department or city official shutdowns, or issues impacting sales.
4. Update daily logs detailing store visits, on-site times, and schedule changes.
5. Document work activities, photograph job site conditions, and respond to management inquiries.
6. Assist with updating facility records by submitting completed paperwork.
7. Maintain personal tools and company vehicle and parts inventory.
8. Inspect and troubleshoot systems to identify repairs.
9. Travel to different worksites as required.
10. Follow all safety protocols and support safety initiatives.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in general trades or handyman work (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, drywall)
• Own vehicle and tools required for the job
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation
