Job Responsibilities
  • Prospect, research, and qualify potential customers using various sources.
  • Make sales presentations, conduct needs assessments, and secure maintenance agreements.
  • Build customer rapport and identify needs, budgets, and decision processes.
  • Develop proposals and perform site surveys to evaluate customer needs.
  • Utilize sales tools like Salesforce to manage opportunities.
  • Support Commercial Service Account Managers and develop sales plans.
  • Promote Carrier’s value proposition and manage customer interactions via CRM.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, communicate effectively, and negotiate renewals.
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience in HVAC.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs, climb ladders, and work on roofs.
  • Pass a background check and travel up to 80% within the territory.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Comfortable with Microsoft software and technical environments.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to sell directly to end users and cross-sell/up-sell.
  • Self-motivated with excellent project management skills.

Pay Range: $61,213 - $107,122 annually.
