Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions, a leading tire dealer and retread provider in the United States, seeks a Commercial Service Manager to direct daily work orders to technicians, oversee service quality, and enforce safety procedures. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a commercial tire technician.
• 3+ years of experience assigning commercial service work orders to technicians.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn other software (Maddenco, AS400, SAP, etc.).
• Commercial TIA certification (strongly preferred).
• Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain following employment).
• Valid Driver's License or state(s) equivalent and must be insurable to drive by company standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, create, assign, and monitor all service work orders to technicians
• Manage productivity of technicians, with a focus on monthly revenue goals
• Perform billing as needed, including reviewing completed work orders for accuracy
• Assist branch manager with maintaining up to date employee administrative files
• Provide sales staff support with service quotes, product look-ups, and any customer concerns
• Oversee customer scheduled fleet work, scrap tire analysis, and other customer needs
• Assist with warehouse duties (inventory, load/unload, barcoding, scan billing, etc.)
• Conduct daily inspection of warehouse, service bays, trucks, and equipment
• Ensure proper branch opening and closing procedures are being followed

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Service Manager to provide the daily direction and distribution of work orders to technicians, provide oversight of work performed and ensure that proper safety procedures and processes are followed.
