Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a Commercial Service Coordinator to manage customer communications for commercial repairs and residential low-slope projects. You will ensure clients are updated on project status, timelines, and invoicing while building strong relationships and improving processes.

The role emphasizes organized communication, collaboration with Service Managers, and driving service operations as the division grows nationally.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required and ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must maintain acceptable driving record and relate to company insurance.
• Willingness to work long hours during busy season.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake of service requests from service customers.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate schedules with Service Managers to ensure timely project scheduling.
• Communicate scheduling updates to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and implement process improvements as the service division grows nationally.
• Assist in invoicing using Jobba and Acumatica.
• Manage accounts receivable for service and residential low-slope customers.
• Participate in quarterly service review meetings with clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth service operations.
