Job summary

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a Commercial Service Coordinator to manage service requests from commercial and residential clients, keep projects on track, and ensure accurate invoicing. The role emphasizes organized communication, relationship-building, and process improvements to support national growth.

You will collaborate with Service Managers, coordinate schedules, and assist in AR and invoicing using Jobba and Acumatica, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and timely

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to build client relationships effectively.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work long hours during the busy season.
• Familiarity with Jobba and Acumatica software.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake of service requests from service customers.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate schedules with Service Managers to ensure projects are being scheduled promptly.
• Communicate scheduling updates proactively to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and develop process improvements as we look to grow our service division nationally.
• Assist in the invoicing process in Jobba and Acumatica.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) for our service and residential low-slope customers.
• Participate in quarterly service review meetings with our service clients.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth roofing service operations.
