Job summary

Guardian Protection Services is seeking a High-energy Commercial Sales Representative to develop new prospects and manage existing customers in the Ohio/Cleveland area. You’ll drive sales of smart security solutions, present compelling proposals, and coordinate end-to-end contract execution from quotes to installation.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment with a commission-based compensation structure, opportunities for growth, and a strong team culture within a Top 10 industry leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience preferred.
• Commercial Security experience highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication, negotiating, and time management abilities.
• Aptitude for problem solving and consultative sales approach; customer-focused.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record and be able to perform site surveys.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned sales quota and follow established guidelines.
• Identify prospects using creative lead generation techniques.
• Present sales presentations and proposals, highlighting product features and advantages over competitors.
• Adhere to Guardian policies, procedures, products, programs and services.
• Follow up with prospects.
• Prepare final contracts for signature.
• Process work orders and paperwork per approved procedures.
• Maintain customer retention by confirming satisfaction after installation.
