Job summary

Epic Security & Architectural Window Films and Graphics seeks a Solutions Advisor to prospect and close opportunities in commercial, education and government markets. You will visit sites, assess glazing, and propose security, solar, decorative, and large-format film solutions while coordinating proposals and quotes with the CRM.

You will partner with operations to deliver the project as proposed and build long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Consultative selling in commercial, education or government markets incl. prospecting & lead qualification.
• Experience preparing proposals, estimates and presentations, and managing opportunities in a CRM.
• Clear communication, sound negotiation, and ability to earn trust.
• Field-based or on-site experience in construction/building products/security solutions or related.
• Organisation and follow-through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Find and qualify commercial, education and government prospects, and build your own pipeline.
• Walk sites, assess the glass, and recommend the right solution: security film, solar control film, decorative/privacy films, DI-NOC or large-format graphics.
• Prepare proposals, estimates and quotes, and support bid and RFP responses.
• Keep every opportunity current in our CRM and answer every lead with a clear next step and a date.
• Work side by side with operations and Certified Installation Specialists so the project is delivered as proposed.
• Build long-term relationships with the people who keep our customers' buildings safe.
• Represent Epic at industry events and stay current on products and industry trends.
