Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Commercial Installer to work on site with commercial customers. You will install and program Integrated Security fire and security systems, and you may dismantle and reconstruct equipment when needed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in electrical/electronic equipment, ability to read blueprints, and strong customer service skills. A valid driver's license is required and transportation will be provided for fleet work.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED.
Some technical school training is a plus.
3+ years electrical and electronic equipment experience with demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings.
Ability to operate hand and power tools.
Valid drivers license and the ability to operate fleet vehicle safely.
Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Install and program Integrated Security fire and security systems on site with commercial customers.
Dismantle and reconstruct equipment when necessary.
Coordinate with customers to verify installation schedule and requirements.
