Job summary

CPI Security is seeking a Commercial Sales Advisor to join our Winston-Salem, NC team. You will design, present and sell our security and automation solutions to commercial clients, generating leads and meeting their needs with uncapped, performance-based income.

In this role you’ll build relationships, schedule weekly appointments, and collaborate with the sales team to hit targets while receiving ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years outside sales preferred, but training available.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and professional credibility to influence buyers.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and decisive.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate CPI Security’s value and capabilities.
• Self-generate opportunities to meet or exceed targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers for satisfaction.
• Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments in the local area.
• Merchandise product sections and assist displays to boost sales.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to achieve goals.
