Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is launching a Leadership Program in Commercial Sales in the United States, including 2–3 rotations across Retail, Commercial & Industrial End User, and Sales Support.

You will gain hands-on experience with end users, distributors, and service centers while building product knowledge and strategic sales skills. The program targets recent graduates with relevant degrees and internship experience, offering development, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership values & behaviors and core professional skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, learning agility, and accountability.
• Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to develop strategic growth plans to improve financial performance.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with less than 2 years of professional experience (including internship/co-op experience).

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Retail, Commercial & Industrial End User and Sales Support to understand go-to-market.
• Engage with professional end users and learn the purchasing process across central and facility locations.
• Provide operational and analytical support to Tools & Outdoor sales teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize sales and profitability.
• Learn to use IT systems (BW, Salesforce, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Office applications; develop and execute strategic initiatives.
