American Pest is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative based out of Troy, VA, covering territory south/southwest of the branch. This hunter role focuses on building a personal pipeline, prospecting new commercial customers, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

You will manage the sales process from initial contact to close, negotiate pricing, and leverage Hubspot CRM. A bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience is preferred, with uncapped commissions and a take-home

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year in a sales role or account management.
• Experience with a web-based CRM (Hubspot preferred).
• thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages time effectively.
• Reads and interprets contracts and sales documents; legal to work in the U.S.
