American Pest is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to build a personal pipeline and establish new business relationships in the Mid-Atlantic region. This hunter role emphasizes prospecting, closing, and driving growth without relying on inbound leads.

You'll manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to proposal, leveraging Hubspot CRM, and developing tailored pest management solutions for commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or 1 year sales experience, or equivalent
• Experience using a web-based CRM (Hubspot preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• Ability to read, understand contracts and articulate solutions to customers

Responsibilities

• Build your own pipeline by prospecting within your territory
