Role Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Sales Engineer to join our Americas Field Sales team as an individual contributor. This remote role is based in Boston, NY/NJ Area, Pittsburgh, or Philadelphia within the Eastern time zone, with occasional travel to customer sites and internal events. You will report to the Commercial Sales Engineering Manager and be responsible for:

1. Creating and delivering technical product presentations to prospective customers.
2. Gathering customer technical requirements to ensure solutions meet their goals.
3. Leading product evaluations and custom configurations.
4. Designing evaluation test plans and guiding the process to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems Integrator.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SMB or enterprise accounts in networking or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of routing and switching products.
• Proactive learner with adaptability to new challenges.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $105,000 - $150,000 USD, excluding bonuses, commissions, or equity. We offer comprehensive benefits including health plans, time off, parental leave, retirement options, education reimbursement, and in-office perks.
