Overview

Do you thrive in a competitive environment and enjoy planning, developing, and implementing all aspects of the Commercial Account Management process? Bath Fitter is seeking a Commercial Sales Consultant to secure Commercial Sales while exciting clients about our premium product.

As a Commercial Sales Consultant, you will focus on Business Development, identifying target prospects, and engaging C-Level and top decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement all aspects of the Commercial Account Management process.
• Identify target prospects and engage key decision makers (C-Level and senior executives).
• Develop and expand new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in assigned markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience establishing and maintaining Key Account relationships, forecasting, planning, and streamlining “Best in Class" sales processes; experience researching, identifying, and soliciting prospective accounts to facilitate business expansion.
• Demonstrated success as a Top Performer in Solution Sales, Business Relations, and Customer Relations.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding Commercial Sales targets and other KPIs.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to travel for training is required. Employees must maintain valid government-issued identification for travel purposes (e.g., Real ID or passport).
