Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain diverse roofing systems across commercial properties. This hands-on role requires working independently in a field setting with strong roofing knowledge and customer-facing interaction.

Qualifications

2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred.
Experience diagnosing and repairing roofing issues in a service/repair context.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose roof leaks and identify source of water intrusion.
Perform commercial roof repairs and preventative maintenance.
Complete service calls and emergency repairs.
Inspect roofing systems and document deficiencies.
Repair flashing, penetrations, seams, drains, and other components.
Perform minor re-roof and restoration work as required.
Document completed work with photos and service reports.
Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers and internal teams.
Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles.
Follow OSHA requirements and safety procedures.
