Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician/Tech Rep to diagnose and repair roofing systems for commercial and industrial customers. The role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year with year-round, full-time work and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and locate roof leaks.
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders, lifts, and fall-protection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose roof leaks and identify sources of water intrusion.
• Perform commercial roof repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Complete service calls and emergency repairs.
• Inspect roofing systems and document deficiencies.
• Repair flashing, penetrations, seams, drains, curbs, and other components.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers and internal teams.
