Jobot is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician to inspect, diagnose leaks, repair and maintain roofing systems across the Western US. This hands-on role requires roofing knowledge and the ability to work independently in varied outdoor conditions.

The position offers year-round work with a salary of $70,000-$90,000, overtime opportunities, and benefits including a company vehicle or gas card. Opportunities for advancement into lead technician, foreman, and service management roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose roof leaks and identify water intrusion sources.
• Perform commercial roof repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Complete service calls and emergency repairs.
• Inspect roofing systems and document deficiencies.
• Repair flashing, penetrations, seams, drains, curbs, and other components.
• Document completed work with photos and service reports.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers and internal teams.
