Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems. This is a hands-on field role with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year and includes a company vehicle/gas card and medical/dental/vision benefits.

Available locations across the Western US. Growth opportunities into Lead Technician, Foreman, and Service Management roles, with PTO, 401(k), and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Strong ability to diagnose roof leaks and perform repairs.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose roof leaks and identify water intrusion sources.
• Perform commercial roof repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Complete service calls and emergency repairs.
• Inspect roofing systems and document deficiencies with photos.
• Repair flashing, penetrations, seams, drains, curbs, and other components.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers and internal teams.
