Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Commercial Roofing Service Technician to diagnose leaks, perform repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance on commercial roofs across the Western US. This role offers year-round work, opportunities for overtime, and a company vehicle or gas card.

You’ll inspect systems, document deficiencies, and communicate repair recommendations to customers and internal teams. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of commercial roofing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a valid

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Strong ability to diagnose roof leaks and identify water intrusion sources.
• Experience performing repairs and preventative maintenance on roofing systems.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose roof leaks and identify water intrusion sources.
• Perform commercial roof repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Complete service calls and emergency repairs.
• Inspect roofing systems and document deficiencies.
• Repair flashing, penetrations, seams, drains, curbs, and other components.
• Perform minor re-roof and restoration work as required.
• Document completed work with photos and service reports.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations to customers and internal teams.
• Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and vehicles; follow safety procedures.
