Join Our Team as a Commercial Roofing Service Technician at Roof Services

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Commercial Roofing Service Technicians. This role involves investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in various commercial roofing systems including EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, and low slope metal. You will manage roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install all types of roof systems such as BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles).
• Perform roof maintenance and repairs.
• Follow job specifications and safety guidelines.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers.
• Manage roofing projects, complete paperwork, attend meetings, and assist in crew training as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• 3+ years of experience with commercial roofing systems.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Good communication skills with clients, supervisors, and co-workers.
• Initiative, integrity, adaptability, and technological savvy.

Working Conditions

• Field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature variations.
• Physical effort includes standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Mostly local travel.
