Job Summary

Diagnose commercial roof leaks and make appropriate repairs. Lead roof maintenance and small repair jobs. Responsible for paperwork, timesheets, and ensuring safety policies are followed.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Roofing
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit., & Metal Roof Repairs
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders up to 25 feet
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, travel, and overtime as needed
