The role involves site visits, measurements, takeoffs, and proposals, plus coordinating with project teams. Cloud-based and AI estimating tools are used to support accurate, timely bids.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in roofing required.
• Flat roofing experience required.
• Knowledge of roofing materials and building codes.
• Experience with digital estimating platforms.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop commercial roofing sales opportunities and prepare accurate estimates.
• Perform site visits, inspections, measurements, and scope assessments.
• Complete takeoffs and proposals on time.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and present competitive proposals and estimates.
• Use cloud-based and AI-driven tools for digital takeoffs, estimating, and project tracking.
• Coordinate with project management and operations for smooth handoffs.
