Job summary

Holland Roofing in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Service Foreman to lead a small service crew (1-2 technicians), perform hands-on repairs, and diagnose leaks on commercial roofs. This role rewards problem-solving, safety, and customer service while staying outdoors to service EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal systems.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commercial roofing service experience with repairs and diagnostics.
• Ability to locate and repair roof leaks independently.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong safety awareness and working knowledge of OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Find and repair leaks on commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal).
• Perform service repairs and remediation efficiently and correctly.
• Inspect roofs, document conditions, take photos, develop repair scopes.
• Lead and work alongside 1-2 service crew members.
• Communicate clearly with building owners, facility managers, and internal teams.
• Use mobile service apps to document inspections and repairs.
• Identify additional service or repair needs when observed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response as needed.
• Work safely and follow OSHA requirements and company safety procedures.
