Job summary

Holland Roofing in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join our team. This hands-on leadership role will supervise a small crew (1–2) while performing leak diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on active commercial roofs.

You will work across EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal systems, ensure safety compliance, and communicate professionally with building owners and facility managers. Strong problem-solving and field judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing service experience (repairs & diagnostics).
• Service Foreman or Lead Service Technician experience preferred.
• Proven ability to locate and repair leaks without supervision.
• Experience working on multiple roofing systems, including metal.
• Comfortable working on low-slope and pitched roofs.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong safety awareness (OSHA knowledge).
• Comfortable using mobile devices for inspections, photos, and reporting.

COMMERCIAL ROOFING SERVICE FOREMAN – LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY

Holland Roofing is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing service, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to make decisions in the field while representing Holland Roofing professionally.

Salary: $ 40 to $50 per hour. based on experience

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to support our Minnesota RMM (Service) division .

This is a hands-on service role , leading a small crew (1–2 people) while personally performing leak diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on active commercial roofs. This is not a production-only role and is not a training position .
