Job summary

Holland Roofing in Tampa seeks an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to support the Lakeland RMM (Service) division. This hands-on role leads a small crew (1–2) and personally performs leak diagnostics, inspections, and repairs on active commercial roofs.

The position requires work on EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal systems with occasional overnight travel. You will mentor crew members, document conditions, coordinate with owners, and participate in on-call rotations while upholding OSHA

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing service foreman experience (repairs & diagnostics).
• Proven ability to locate and repair leaks without supervision.
• Experience working on multiple roofing systems, including metal.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Independently diagnose and repair commercial roof leaks.
• Lead and train 1–2 service crew members while remaining hands-on.
• Inspect roofs, document conditions, and develop repair scopes.
• Perform take-offs and identify additional service or repair opportunities.
• Communicate professionally with building owners, facility managers, and internal teams.
• Document inspections and repairs using mobile service applications.
• Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response.
• Maintain OSHA and fall-protection compliance.
