Advanced Roofing, Inc., established in 1983, is the largest commercial roofer in Florida and the 10th largest in the country. The Roofing Service Branch Manager provides leadership and direction for a commercial roofing service branch, responsible for profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.

The role manages service technicians, develops new business opportunities, maintains client relationships, and ensures quality delivery of roofing service solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Technical Studies, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and extensive roofing/construction industry experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing/construction leadership experience.
• Proven success managing a roofing service division or branch operation.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving operational and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all service branch operations.
• Establish branch goals, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Supervise and develop service personnel and administrative staff.
• Conduct performance management, staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning.
• Maintain branch profitability and monitor financial performance.
• Build and expand relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify business opportunities and secure new projects.
• Generate estimates, proposals, and service solutions for customers.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction across all service operations.
• Attend industry networking and business development events.
• Assist in diagnosing complex roofing issues and leak investigations when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties as required to support business objectives.
