Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial roofing and waterproofing systems since 1972. We are seeking a Sales Representative to prospect, build relationships, and close commercial opportunities in the Lubbock area.

You will perform prospecting, use value-based selling, and serve as the trusted contact for owners and property managers before, during, and after projects. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually

Full Time | Competitive Salary + Commission

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and southeastern United States since 1972. We're looking for a Sales Representative to prospect, build relationships, and close commercial roofing and waterproofing opportunities.

What You Will Do

• Perform prospecting activities to create new opportunities
• Utilize solution selling to close business based on value, not price, with a variety of end-users
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for owners and property managers before, during, and after projects
• Complete Ongoing sales, service, and industry training to sharpen skills

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with working at heights and with ladders
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Nice to Have

• Commercial roofing application or sales experience
• Above-average knowledge of business suite software
• Public speaking, debate, and/or prospecting experience
