Eskola, LLC is seeking a Senior Estimator to bid commercial roofing projects in Hammond, LA. This full-time, in-person role requires a strong background in estimating, data collection from roofs, and collaboration with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities include reviewing scopes, creating estimates, maintaining bid calendars, and document uploads. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience and OSHA 10; OSHA 30 and building-code familiarity are a plus.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of commercial roofing or waterproofing estimating or project experience.
• OSHA 10-hour card.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to use/learn business technology.
• OSHA 30-hour card (nice to have).
• Familiarity with local building codes (nice to have).
• Experience with estimating programs (nice to have).

Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $130,000.00 Annually

Full Time (In Person), Monday - Friday | Based on Qualifications & Experience

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and southeastern U.S. since 1972. We're looking for a Senior Estimator to bid commercial roofing projects.

What You Will Do

• Review and understand the scope of work and project specifications
• Collect all data from the roof or building for accurate estimating
• consult with clients, vendors, and manufacturers to formulate estimates and resolve issues
• Create and update projects in the estimating system and bid calendar and upload all documents

What You Bring

High School diploma or equivalent

5+ years of commercial roofing or waterproofing estimating or project experience

OSHA 10-hour card

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Ability to use/learn business technology

Nice to Have

OSHA 30-hour card

Familiarity with local building codes

Experience with estimating programs
