Job summary

Eskola, LLC seeks a Sales Representative in Lubbock, TX to prospect, build relationships, and close commercial roofing and waterproofing opportunities. You will engage owners and property managers, and drive revenue with value-based solutions. Strong communication and a valid driver's license are required.

This full-time role offers competitive salary plus commission, company-provided gear, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with working at heights and with ladders.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and southeastern United States since 1972. We're looking for a Sales Representative to prospect, build relationships, and close commercial roofing and waterproofing opportunities.

What You Will Do

• Perform prospecting activities to create new opportunities
• Utilize solution selling to close business based on value, not price, with a variety of end-users
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for owners and property managers before, during, and after projects
• Complete Ongoing sales, service, and industry training to sharpen skills

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service

Nice to Have

• Commercial roofing application or sales experience
• Above-average knowledge of business suite software
