Clark's Quality Roofing in Murray, UT is seeking a Commercial Roofing Sales Associate for the Service Team. You will develop new relationships to sell preventive roof maintenance agreements, restoration coatings, and corrective roof repairs on commercial, industrial, and government buildings.

The role requires 5 years of roofing sales/estimating experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to prepare proposals, bids, and cost estimates while maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 5 years verifiable roofing sales or estimating experience.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office suite.
• Willing to be tested on skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze roofs from blueprints and specs to prepare quotes.
• Prepare itemized material, fabrication and labor quotes.
• Understand manufacturer warranties.
• Maintain rapport with property managers and general contractors.
• Compute cost factors and prepare bids for management.
• Consult with subcontractors and vendors on estimates.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Purchasing on bids.
• Organize centralized cost estimating database and process.
• Identify cost trends to improve processes.
• Estimate prices on change orders.
• Attend pre-construction and bid meetings.
