Job summary

Tiello is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to drive growth in the commercial roofing and construction market in the Tampa area. The role focuses on developing new business, nurturing client partnerships, and delivering tailored proposals to win projects.

Successful candidates will have 2+ years of construction sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work with CRM tools and Office software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years sales experience in commercial construction (roofing, paving, HVAC, elevators, coatings, electrical, etc).
• Proven ability to prospect, close new business, and grow accounts.
• Understanding of the commercial sales cycle and project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and events.

Salary: $90k-$120k/ year + commission (UNCAPPED)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to drive new business development and strengthen customer partnerships within the commercial roofing and construction market. This role is critical to expanding our regional presence, fostering trusted relationships, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities in commercial roofing and building envelope services.
