Job summary

Tiello LLC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager for an on-site, full-time role in Raleigh, NC. You will oversee commercial roofing projects from planning to completion, coordinating schedules, budgets, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong roofing or construction experience, proven leadership, and excellent communication skills to balance field operations with customer expectations.

Job Title: Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Tiello is currently partnered with an established Commercial and Industrial Roofing contractor in their search for an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish. This is a full-time, on-site position in Raleigh, NC.

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, project schedules, manpower, materials, and field teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven Project Manager with strong commercial roofing or construction experience who can effectively balance field operations, project schedules, budgets, customer relationships, and safety requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial roofing projects from initial planning through completion
• Review project plans, specifications, and contract requirements
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate manpower and materials
• Manage project budgets, costs, and change orders
• Coordinate with general contractors, customers, vendors, and field teams
• Monitor job progress, quality control, and overall project performance
• Ensure compliance with company and jobsite safety requirements
• Work closely with field leadership to resolve project issues and optimize resources
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Identify and address potential project risks, delays, and conflicts
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to customer expectations

• Bachelor`s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, but not required
• Previous experience in commercial roofing or the construction industry strongly preferred
