CSG Talent is seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator for its Baltimore market. The role focuses on preparing estimates for TPO/PVC/EPDM systems, reviewing drawings, and developing costed proposals.

You will collaborate with general contractors, owners, and suppliers to ensure accurate scope and pricing across diverse projects. Candidate should have 3+ years in roofing estimation, strong math, and proficiency with estimating software and MS Office.

Formación

• 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and installation methods.
• Experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, or similar systems.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong quantity takeoff, pricing, and mathematical skills.
• Experience working with general contractors and commercial construction projects.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with project management and operations teams.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare estimates and proposals for commercial roofing projects.
• Review plans, specifications, bid documents, and project requirements.
• Perform detailed material and labor takeoffs.
• Estimate projects involving TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up roofing, coatings, and other commercial roofing systems.
• Obtain and evaluate material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
• Develop accurate labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Identify project scope, exclusions, inclusions, and potential risks.
• Communicate with general contractors, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients throughout the bidding process.
• Assist with value engineering and alternative system pricing.
• Maintain organized bid documentation and estimating records.
• Support the transition of awarded projects from estimating to project management and operations.
• Manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
