Farha Roofing is seeking a Senior Commercial Roofing Business Development & Project Manager to expand our presence in the St. Louis market.

This role blends relationship building with project leadership, guiding opportunities from initial discussions through final completion. You will leverage an established network or build one among property owners, managers, and general contractors, while coordinating with estimating and operations teams to deliver profitable projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of commercial low-slope roofing experience.
• Proven track record in commercial roofing sales, business development, or client-facing leadership.
• Established network in the St. Louis commercial property/construction market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain relationships with decision-makers.
• Generate new commercial roofing opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Lead the sales process from opportunity to contract award.
• Manage projects from sale through completion and closeout.
• Coordinate with estimators, operations, crews, and suppliers.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and profitability.
• Ensure safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
