Qualifications

• Minimum five years of commercial low-slope roofing experience.
• Proven record in commercial roofing sales, business development, or a leadership role.
• Established professional network in the St. Louis commercial property/construction market preferred.
• Knowledge of commercial roofing customers and markets (property management, REITs, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (owners, managers, GC, insurance pros).
• Generate new commercial roofing opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Lead the sales process from opportunity to contract award.
• Manage projects from sale through completion and closeout; ensure profitability.
• Coordinate with estimators, operations, crews, and vendors; monitor budgets and schedules.
• Maintain client communication and identify repeat business opportunities.
