Job summary

gpac is seeking a Commercial Roofing Operations Manager to coordinate roofing projects, oversee crews, and ensure work is completed on time and under budget. The role involves evaluating labor figures, reviewing estimates with management, and visiting job sites to assess roof systems installed.

The candidate should bring 5+ years of managerial experience in commercial roofing and familiarity with materials and techniques, plus strong leadership and a team-player attitude.

Commercial Roof Operations Manager Duties

• Coordinate meetings for up to date labor figures* Review estimates with management
• work with a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, EPDM, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More
• Run Commercial Roofing projects on time and under budget
• Run crews of foreman, superintendents, etc.
• Have the ability to make site visits and decipher what type of roof systems are currently installed
• Oversee all office employees and staff

Commercial Roof Operations Manager Experience Required

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience in a managerial position
• Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques
