GPAC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Operations Manager in Louisiana. This senior role will join the company's leadership team and ensure Project Managers and Superintendents have everything needed to stay productive.

You will oversee diverse roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Built-Up, Metal, Mod-Bit) and drive profitability by coordinating estimates and project progress from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Project Manager/Estimator/Ops Manager or similar position.
• Experience with commercial roofing materials and techniques.
• Must be comfortable with leading a team.
• Positive attitude, analytical in nature, self-motivated, ambitious, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Review estimates and coordinate progress meetings with each project.
