As a skilled Commercial Roofing Maintenance & Repair Foreman, you will lead and perform high-quality repairs and maintenance on various commercial roof systems. This role requires professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to safety while treating customers and team members with respect.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Locate leaks and repair all types of roofing, including BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO/PVC, metal panels, and coatings.
• Maintain company vehicles, power tools, and hand tools. Keep a clean and stocked service truck/van.
• Lead by example, motivate the crew, and foster a positive team environment.
• Make sound decisions, anticipate issues, and propose solutions.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and team members.
• Accurately complete work orders, document labor and materials, and provide photo documentation.
• Enforce company policies and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Comfortable using Excel, Word, Outlook, and mobile devices (smartphone or tablet).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to climb ladders, work from knees, twist, bend, and work at heights.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Driver’s License

Education & Experience:

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• Experience in commercial construction.
