Our 24/7 commercial roofing team responds when others won’t—nights, weekends, and holidays—ensuring businesses stay protected no matter what. We’re looking for an experienced Service Foreman who can confidently lead crews, solve complex roofing challenges, and deliver peace of mind to our valued clients.
As a Service Foreman, you’ll take charge of a specialized 1–2-person crew, representing our company to clients who need immediate roofing solutions. You’ll diagnose problems, perform expert repairs across all commercial roofing systems, and ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
Commercial roofing expertise across multiple systems: BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and sheet metal
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening & background checks
Technical proficiency with mobile devices & basic computer skills (FCS software experience is a plus!)
Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide your crew
A commitment to safety, with working knowledge of OSHA regulations
Lead your crew with confidence, setting the standard for quality and professionalism
Conduct thorough inspections to identify and resolve issues before they escalate
Perform expert repairs across all commercial roofing systems
Train and mentor team members, building skills and reinforcing safety awareness
Communicate effectively with clients, earning trust and demonstrating excellence
Enforce and follow all safety protocols—no exceptions
