Eskola, LLC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead field crews in Morristown, TN. This hands-on role offers a clear path toward Superintendent and Service Manager opportunities, with competitive hourly pay and full-time employment.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily service operations, coordinating manpower and materials, and mentoring technicians to ensure safe, high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Foreman/Supervisory experience in commercial roofing service, repair, or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, metal roofing, and roof coatings/waterproofing.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
• Proven leadership, communication, and customer management skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in physically demanding conditions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily commercial roofing service operations, including repairs, maintenance, inspections, and leak investigations.
• Coordinate jobsite manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Perform field troubleshooting and assessments of roofing and waterproofing systems.
• Train and mentor technicians, promoting strong workmanship, safety, and accountability.
• Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, and vendors.
• Work closely with Superintendents, Service Managers, and Regional Leadership to keep crews productive and on schedule.
