Qualifications

• 3+ years of Foreman/Supervisory experience in commercial roofing service, repair, or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, metal roofing, and roof coatings/waterproofing.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
• Proven leadership, communication, and customer management skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in physically demanding conditions.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and southeastern U.S. since 1972.

We are looking for a looking for an experienced, motivated Service Foreman to lead field crews in our Morristown, Tennessee market. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a clear path toward Superintendent and Service Manager opportunities.

What You Will Do

• Lead and support daily commercial roofing service operations, including repairs, maintenance, inspections, and leak investigations

What We Are Looking For

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Experience with commercial roofing software (e.g., "DataForma")
• OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Card
• Aerial lift and/or forklift certification
• First Aid, CPR & AED certification
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
