Job summary

Eskola, LLC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman in Knoxville, TN to lead field crews in daily operations, including repairs, inspections, and leak investigations. This hands-on leadership role offers a path toward Superintendent and Service Manager opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of foreman experience in commercial roofing, strong knowledge of TPO/PVC/EPDM/metal roofing, and the ability to read blueprints. Valid license and safety mindset are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Foreman/Supervisory experience in commercial roofing service, repair, or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, metal roofing, and roof coatings/waterproofing
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications
• Proven leadership, communication, and customer management skills
• Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in physically demanding conditions
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Eskola, LLC - Knoxville, Tennessee | Full-Time | $26.00 - $34.00 / hour (Based on Qualifications & Experience)

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeast U.S. since 1972.

We are looking for a looking for an experienced, motivated Service Foreman to lead field crews in our Knoxville, Tennessee market. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear path toward Superintendent and Service Manager opportunities.

What You Will Do

• OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Card

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
