Job summary

Eskola, LLC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Service Foreman in Nashville, TN to lead field crews in daily roofing operations. This hands-on role offers a clear path toward Superintendent and Service Manager opportunities, with emphasis on safety, quality workmanship, and timely project execution.

You will manage manpower, tools, materials, and vendor coordination while mentoring technicians and maintaining customer relations. 3+ years in roofing foreman roles and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Foreman/Supervisory experience in commercial roofing service, repair, or maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, metal roofing, and roof coatings/waterproofing.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
• Proven leadership, communication, and customer management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily commercial roofing service operations, including repairs, maintenance, inspections, and leak investigations.
• Coordinate jobsite manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform field troubleshooting and assessments of roofing and waterproofing systems

Commercial Roofing Service Foreman

Eskola, LLC - Nashville, TN | Full-Time | $26.00 - $34.00 / hour (Based on Qualifications & Experience)

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and southeastern U.S. since 1972.

We are looking for a looking for an experienced, motivated Service Foreman to lead field crews in our Nashville, Tennessee market. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a clear path toward Superintendent and Service Manager opportunities.

What You Will Do

• Lead and support daily commercial roofing service operations, including repairs, maintenance, inspections, and leak investigations

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of Foreman/Supervisory experience in commercial roofing service, repair, or maintenance

• Proven leadership, communication, and customer management skills


• Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in physically demanding conditions


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record


• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Experience with commercial roofing software (e.g., DataForma)


• OSHA 10 or 30 Hour Card


• Aerial lift and/or forklift certification


• First Aid, CPR & AED certification


• Bilingual in English and Spanish
